The Drosera Greenhouse testnet has been a smashing success with over 32,000 traps deployed to date. So far, the on-chain components of our testnet have been running on the Ethereum Holesky testnet. Nothing was planned to change here, until it was recently announced by the Ethereum Foundation that Holesky will lose support beginning September 2025, due to non-trivial issues with Holesky’s Pectra upgrade. A new testnet, Hoodi, has been announced to replace Holesky, and it is already live.
